Just a great theater. One thing I don't like is how much area is now dedicated to valet parking. We drove around and ended out having to walk from bass pro shop and there were 40 spaces open in valet at least. The actual theater is awesome though. Don't try to bleed money out of everything though.
The facility is nice, and the service in generally good. Can't wait for them to get the newer laser based IMAX projectors though

Wall to wall 4k screen was pretty cool, security was a nice touch given how many people were there. If anyone actually reads this please let me know if my phone was discovered in theater 10 after the delayed 12:50AM showing of forceawakens. Always clean and the popcorn is always fresh. However. Sometimes the iced mix is a little runny at times and that is one thing my girlfriend and I go for. But overall always a great experience.

The theater is very roomy and the sound and visuals are superior. The theater is also aways well-maintained and the staff are very accommodating. The food is also better than other places. I enjoy going there.
I love how it's all-inclusive; you can find everything in one spot. The staff is always nice, the seating is always comfortable, and the soda is always unlimited. Love going to Santikos.
I like the cleanliness, the comfortable seating, the many food or snack options, the drink station is great too. I like the fact that drink refills are offered because drinks are sooo expensive I do appreciate a refill if I want it. While employees as a whole rarely are friendly nor do they ever make one feel welcome they are efficient.

My experience was great. The theatre was clean with a comfortable temperature. The staff was professional and courteous.
We saw the Star Wars marathon and it was awesome. There was an hour or more delay and we were given a pass. That was nice but for an hour delay after 16 hours I think it should have been two passes or a movie and a drink. Some thing more substantial for such a long delay.
