Santikos does everything well. I do wish you would waive the online “convenience fee” with ticket purchases for reward members, though. We are saving YOU time and money by purchasing online. Other theaters have introduced this and I think it’s wonderful.

Th friendly customer service was appreciated. My two sons had ordered the Spiderman kids meal, however the associate could only find one of the Spiderman figure cup toppers. Another associate asked if we could wait for a moment while they went to look for another one. It was so kind of them to take the time to look for the Spiderman figure cup topper. What great customer care and service!

The on duty manager at the palladium last night was a rockstar ! We messed up and bought tickets for embassy oaks. He switched them out with a smile. Serious life saver ! I wish I remembered his name so he gets credit.

First of all everyone is very friendly and helpful. The place is always very clean. The movie theater is comfortable and clean.Mygrandson loves going for the games you have available and we enjoy bar and your entertainments for everyone to enjoy with family and friends 🧡 I sure would recommend everyone that our side of movie theater is the best.
