What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We were pleasantly surprised by the nice experience we had at palladium. Our only issue is the popcorn area was very messy and the drink area had a really bad smell.

Me and my daughter came from Odessa, Tx for her birthday and decided to pick a movie here. We really enjoyed the option of loading up our own popcorn and Slurpee's, it was really cool. We enjoyed the spacious seats!

​Great experience overall. The movie, seating, service, and wings were all fantastic. However, the soda area needs improvement, and the fried pickles were terrible—soggy and nasty—though there wasn't time to exchange them during the show.

What I enjoyed about the IMAX theater at the Palladium was how clean it was and how comfortable the seats were. Good staff experiences and interactions in purchasing our snacks before the movie as well.

My husband and I love Santikos although we have been disappointed a few times this year. Nevertheless we were very pleased with our recent visit! The theater was clean and the server at the mezz greeted us immediately. She took our order soon after and then returned a few min later to inform us that we had points we could use on our order. Not once had anyone ever let us know we had points we could use or offered to apply them. I really appreciated the server’s customer service and look forward to returning soon!
