It's service, appearance, and the large variety of food and stack choices. One bad thing though...I know there are many people abusing the self purchase kiosk by claiming to be a service member/veteran. There is no proof required at the kiosk. Just thought you should and as an Air Force Veteran I greatly appreciate the discounts

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the Palladium and tell my friends if they want to watch a movie with me they have to watch it there! The customer service is great 97% of the time (only because no one can be perfect all of the time) and the reserved seating in all the theaters is the best!

Top notch picture and audio quality; the VIP theatres are excellent. Number one reason to go to a theatre is to have a experience you don't typically have at home, to be blown away with an immaculate setup with bombastic sounds and crystal clear visual fidelity. 11/10
