Myself and 3 girlfriends got to the theatre and due to Fast and Furious, the movie we wanted to see had been cut so Joe Hernandez, MOD, without question and with great professionalism gave me 5 free tickets and even had one of his employees make a call to a sister property to find the movie we wanted, secure the time and seats for us. What an amazing experience full of customer service. Joe is amazing and his authentic gesture will keep me coming back!
