What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The experience with the associate in charge of the popcorn section made a good first impression given that the place already blew my friends away. The associate named Monica O. is very polite, welcoming, funny and loves the guests. We always get popcorn before watching a movie and associates who are welcoming can make the experience of any movie viewer great or bad. Monica did a good job and you guys need more of her passionate smile.

We enjoy the location and how clean you keep the theater and the restroom facilities. The staff in the theater from the very front to the staff at the consession counter have been very helpful. However, although the little restaurant in the theater recently improved their menu, it can still be improved some more.

IT'S ALWAYS CLEAN, AND THE PEOPLE ARE NICE. ALSO WE CAN EAT IF WE ARE HUNGRY. THE KIDS LOVE IT HERE. OF COURSE BECAUSE OF THE GAMES AND THE PROMOTIONS YOU HAVE.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the Santikos movie chain!, and, in fact, had the pleasure of meeting Mr. John Santikos once at a symphonic concert back in 2000. I was sad to hear of his passing and appreciate that his pictures and legacy are still displayed in the theatre. I believe Santikos Theatres takes the experience of watching a movie, seriously, and, for a movie buff, I appreciate that immensely. (And the gelato, pizzas, beer/wine definitely help). I always try to select a Santikos theatre when seeing a movie as I'm proud this organization has been a part of San Antonio history for so long. [And thanks for activating my Loyalty Card!] I will see you again!
