The movie "Walk in the Woods" was pretty bad. Would have left the theater early but it was raining.

Modern, with all of the conveniences. HOWEVER, the awards program is much diminished. I used to get a free drink or a free popcorn occasionally, now it just accumulates dollars to be spent on tickets or concessions. It accumulates that cash much more slowly for the value than when tickets were issued for free concession purchases. It feels like we are not being rewarded for our continuous and growing more expensive all the time frequenting of the Santikos brand

the movie theater is awesome...the guy selling my popcorn was weird...was acting as if he was totally overworked and out of it. Felt a bit uncomfortable...felt bad that he had to walk ten feet and get me a popcorn.
We went to see a movie that was very much R rated. Not my style not my taste. Attendant immediately gave us tickets to another movie. I thought that was awesome. God Bless you Santikos
I like the atmosphere and comfort of your theater. However, my visit yesterday wasn't a nice experience. I missed the first 10 minutes of the show because the 3D glasses weren't working. On my third trip to the front, I finally convinced someone to bring glasses to the theater as there were about a dozen people needing a working pair. I was quite upset, especially after paying $18 per ticket for a special event. If you have a special event, make it special. Also, your staff did not respond to several complaints about another guest yelling at the screen and flashing a green light throughout the show. I will not attend or suggest special events at your theater. Alamo Drafthouse puts you to shame in this category!
