Studio is quaint and nicely maintained. Rafael is an awesome teacher that challenges us while also making us thinking about some life lesson. He brings great energy to every class, and really connects with the students.

Great yoga teacher.
Ursula is a high energy instructor and gives the ultimate sculpt class ! I really feel like I did a total body workout, and her pacing and timing of the workout is really good not too fast or slow.
Also she gives great tips on proper weight lifting technique.
- People are not abiding by the no cell phone sign. Very unfortunate.
- I know this is hard to address but people wearing very heavy perfumes is not ideal.
- Jolene is wonderful but she needs to start on time. If people are showing up late that’s on them and not fair to the rest of us.
It’s fun, encouraging, a great workout and all instructors are motivating and fun
Josh is one of my favorite instructors. I've tried several other yoga studios in the area and nothing seems to compare to his classes!

clean studio. welcoming atmosphere. variety of classes and times. currently enjoying strength x classes. would be so VERY awesome if Hot Yoga class returned to PL studio.
The instructor paced herself and adjusted her pace to the level of the participants in the class.

Chelsea was wonderful. She was very instructive about where to tighten and what mussels to activate. She was also hands on which helped getting a deeper stretch and also helped fix my posture in certain poses. As a beginner this C1 class was very helpful and motivational to keep going.
Arlington Heights is my favorite studio and Sally is the best!!
