I love the Sunday community classes. Ryan is the best, and it’s one of the only times of the week that I am able to catch up with my friends. It’s such a great way to recenter and get ready for the week ahead
Great studio. It is my home studio and it's my favorite. Love that it has a window. And Tony is great! I take many of his classes - he is an excellent teacher and a tiptop administrator.

Teacher was excellent. I loved the community yoga and it helped me to keep going to core and taking other yoga classes. So extremely sad to hear it will be going away.

I love coming together at the end and taking a moment to rest and just breath. It’s very relaxing and puts me in a good mood.
The room can get pretty hot in the summer and I tire more easily. Otherwise it's an amazing class!
Weights
Heather community class is always fun and full of little extra tidbits of movement or a twist on a movement that adds just a little more depth. Intention setting always great. Great way to start the week
Convenient time and lass available for a mid-day, mid-week time slot. Locker room was clean and smelled pleasant
