CorePower Rock Center is one of my favorite studios to go to! The studio is always clean, welcoming, and has such a great atmosphere. I especially really enjoy taking classes with Nicole and Ava. I’ve learned so much about proper form and technique from their classes, and you can truly tell how passionate they are about what they do. That passion really comes through and inspires their students.

I like the timing of the classes. Lots of options and at good times. I really like the teachers. All very knowledgeable and friendly and great classes. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Classes are fun and challenging too.

I always feel energized after my yoga sessions. The red light session I just took was amazing! It was intense yet I recovered quickly.

Great instructors.
I mostly take the yoga sculpt and the class offers a little bit of everything. Yoga, weights, core and even a bit of cardio. The extra bonus of heat is only a plus
