D’Andre is my new favorite instructor- his classes are inspiring and really challenging. I also love Rafael and Kimberly- they have such a great energy and are have created a community at the hermosa beach location.

I think the instructors are great, area is pretty clean and it's a solid gym. CP Yoga Sculpt really helped me with my IT Band as well.
Alec is one of my favorite instructors! Makes the most of the 75 minutes of class and really pushes us to push ourselves and really build muscle and endurance
Class was excellent! Would be helpful to have lanes set up with such a full class. We had to squeeze in!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Amanda! She teaches a very spiritual class. I always leave in a much better place than when I get there. Her music flows with yoga, not distracting and she doesn't have to shout to compete with the music like some instructors
First time back in an HPF class in over 3 months and as usual Emily was AMAZING! I always enjoy her classes. Her voice is so calming it always puts me in the right space for my practice.
