The gentleman I called the morning of our appointment to confirm our appointment time was not very helpful. I asked him what phone number the technician would be calling from and he told me my phone number so...he wasn't listening.

Technician was a perfect PR representative of your company... clean shaven, clean looking, knowledgeable about the carpets to be cleaned, reassuring about what the cleaning could accomplish and offered disclaimer regarding permanent removal of certain pet odor or stains that could not be permanently removed, gave satisfactory pricing of areas to be cleaned. Cleaned efficiently and quickly, carpets were completely dried by nightfall. 9-year old carpets look a whole lot better now.
It was very easy to schedule an appointment on-line,and get an idea of how much it would cost. Joel was super nice, and helpful when he came to clean the carpets, and he did a very thorough job. I am now considering getting the ducts cleaned by Zerorez!!

The tech's who showed up were great, however I called and asked to have a return phone call in regards to a couple of areas to be retreated. To date I have not received a phone call. I have left another message for Rich again today. I would like to have someone come back and retreat a couple of areas.

It was easy to make an appt. that worked with my schedule. The clinician was prompt, polite & explained plan. The carpet looked great following cleaning. Would have appreciated receiving a sample bottle to do small cleaning in the future. Will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

I really like the feel of the carpet after the cleaning. There was no residue or scrunchy feeling to the carpet. Also, the technician was very helpful and I could tell he was passionate about his job and the product. Overall, great experience and I would recommend this service to anyone.
