I was hoping that the carpet would look as good as the article in the KC Star claimed it would, and it was! My carpets are absolutely spotless! He was very courteous and very passionate about his company and the results that could be achieved. Further he wanted feedback about how the online reservation and follow up worked, and it was clear he wanted the whole experience to be exceptional. I love the entrepreneurial spirit of the company and feel that they will only continue to grow and flourish!

The serviceman was very pleasant and professional. His equipment really cleaned the carpets and carpets didn't take long to dry and we could move furniture back into rooms. Our carpets look like new. Reasonable price

Service man was knowledgable, friendly and efficient. He encouraged me to come and look at his progress and was more than willing to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. He called prior to arriving and was right on time. He asked before using our hose hookup, which was nice because most service men don't bother to ask before using the hose or electrical outlets. He also explained the whole process to me up front and confirmed what he did prior to leaving. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home.

Everything was great! Called on the way to the house to confirm appt., protected doorways, inspected carpets for spots and treatment options and cleaned all rooms very efficiently. The carpets dried within about 4 hrs exactly as explained and came out looking brand new. I am so happy with both the service provided (which is not always a given these days) and the outcome. I would definitely use Zerorez again!

They did a beautiful job on my carpet! Tech showed up right on time and was in and out in an hour. It used to take me 2 days to shampoo my carpets myself with my hand shampooer - my husband has already said to get rid of it because we will never go back to doing it ourselves!

How fast it was and how carpets look like new.

Green technology. It took a good 12 hours or more for our carpet to be completely dry, so I wouldn't recommend telling clients it would be much sooner than that. Service team was very friendly. Since our carpet really wasn't very dirty, it was difficult to ascertain how this process compares with previous company I have used, but I like the idea of not having soap residue.

The technition was on time. He spent a good amount of time cleaning and did not seem in a hurry. The carpets look great.
