Professional and honest. The guy came in and didn't try to upsell, in fact he felt bad for charging the minimum for the one small room we needed, so he worked with my wife to charge us the appropriate amount.
Carpet cleaning produced phenomenal initial results, stains removed, carpets very clean. Remains to be seen how well this holds up.
