I thought Steve did a great job on our carpet. We have a dog, so the living room where we spend most of our time was pretty dirty. Steve was able to get 95% of the grime out, but compared to what it looked like before, I am very pleased with the result. In other areas of the home, the carpet looks brand new. Steve was very friendly and professional and even took the time to see if he could find a cleaning package that would save me money over what I had requested on the website. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
