I knew I had made the right choice in booking Zerorez to clean my carpets as soon as I opened the door to greet their staff. They were clean cut, courteous, honest, polite, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. It's what I always expect but rarely experience when needing help with a project around the house. What's even better? My carpets have never looked better, I am very pleased with the results. I managed to spill red wine a few days after they cleaned and used the bottle of cleaner they provided at my appointment and it came right up. I have nothing but good things to say about Zerorez, thanks!

We seriously needed our carpets cleaned and heard your advertisement on KMBZ and decided to give you a try. Liked the concept of "Green" and no residue. We have a carpet cleaner, and that's fine for spot cleaning, but it does leave residue and therefore looks dirty in a week. I called on a Tuesday and was able to secure an appointment for that Thursday. Joel was ahead of schedule, courteous, efficient and informative.
I will call Zerorez again, and have already passed the info on to a friend.

Service was ver well done and professional!

It had a clean fresh smell and it left a clean carpet results. My carpet is a very light off white. We have had family get togethers on most holidays and birthdays and I see no stains on the carpet even though I have not had it cleaned for over 2 1/2 years. Great job Steve.

Did a good job cleaning my rugs. Two young men were courteous and worked hard to clean them.
