They were clean cut, courteous, honest, polite, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. It's what I always expect but rarely experience when needing help with a project around the house. What's even better? My carpets have never looked better, I am very pleased with the results. I managed to spill red wine a few days after they cleaned and used the bottle of cleaner they provided at my appointment and it came right up. We seriously needed our carpets cleaned and heard your advertisement on KMBZ and decided to give you a try. Liked the concept of "Green" and no residue. We have a carpet cleaner, and that's fine for spot cleaning, but it does leave residue and therefore looks dirty in a week. I called on a Tuesday and was able to secure an appointment for that Thursday. Joel was ahead of schedule, courteous, efficient and informative.
I will call Zerorez again, and have already passed the info on to a friend.
