Tristen communicated well, keeping us up to date on arrival time. He was professional and patiently listened during pre-walkthrough. He offered suggestions for additional treatments without pressure to purchase/ upsell and explained in more detail what each involved so I could make an informed decision, which I appreciated. He kept me informed throughout his work and included me and decision making for trouble areas. I appreciated how he asked me to look through all areas before he packed up, which made me feel unrushed, and like I could point out areas to redo. No areas needed redone, and he was able to get out stains that had been there for 10 years! This was our second cleaning with zerorez and I will definitely have them back!

They were on time and did a wonderful job. Emerson was our technician and he cleaned our carpets and furniture making them look brand new. We have three grandchildren who love to track the outdoors into the house and eat their snacks inside. Emerson got all the stains out. Simply stated he did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets and furniture!

From the start, William demonstrated excellent communication. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived slightly before the scheduled service window, which was greatly appreciated. His timing allowed the appointment to begin promptly without leaving me waiting throughout the day.

This was my first time using Zerorez & I had a great experience. They were very prompt with getting in touch with me to schedule & they were able to get me scheduled right away for the day that worked best for me. William (Jay) was excellent! He was very professional & personable. He answered any questions I had & made sure to do the best job, which he did! He did 2 rooms, a small hallway, stairs & a small area rug in a very timely manner. He brought my carpets back to life! Especially my area rug, it was so dirty. After Jay was done it looked brand new again! Thanks Jay for working so hard & doing an excellent job!
