My carpets look and feel great. Joel, the technician that came to my home, was very professional. In addition, he was honest and realistic about some old stains. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Will call Zerorez for my future carpet cleaning.

They're "green" with significantly less odor than chemicals used in other companies. I've already shared my experience with four other individuals. Natural cleaning products and professional service.

The process was quick and efficient. I loved that my couch was clean and my house didn't smell like weird cleaning solutions.
Joel, the Zerorez service provider, did a great job. I appreciated him calling prior to his arrival. I was able to kennel my dogs
before he showed up. That saved me the stress of my dogs going nutty when he came to the door. He also told me his ETA and he showed up when he said he would. He was very professional
and courteous. He also showed a lot of respect for my house (wore booties, places coverings over the corners so the hoses didn't contact my walls). It really is the small attention to detail that can make or break an experience such as this. I was appreciative of his efforts.
Overall, this was a positive experience and I will use Zerorez for my future carpet/furniture cleaning needs.

Some of the worst pet stains came back after other companies had cleaned. The Zerorez rep thought he could get most of the stains out but perhaps not all. That was the case; however he agreed to send another rep back and treat the stains that reappeared. That helped a great deal. The carpet looks the best its been since we got our dog three years ago. Both Reps were courteous, hard working young men. Very pleased with their efforts.

The technician was very courteous as well as knowledgeable regarding the cleaning and maintaining of my carpeted area. He also suggested to include the stairs for a nominal cost since I did not have a three rooms and a hallway to clean.

When the technician left, it didn't smell like cleaner. Even though he had to go over several pet spots multiple times, the floor wasn't soapy feeling or slippery. I was very impressed with how thorough he was! On some stains, some of which I thought would never go away, he got the smell out and greatly reduced a pet stain that had to be over two years old in the home we rent. We've lived there two months so I'm sure I will have you guys again! I was really impressed with your cleaner as well, the spray bottle one. I had a stain that I couldn't get out at all. One treatment and it was gone! The customer service was also top notch. Couldn't ask for a more friendly experience.
