I had some very hard to clean, heavy traffic areas. Stains reappeared within a couple weeks of cleaning and became worse until I had them cleaned again. All the carpet cleaning companies I used were never able to clean do more than what appeared to be surface treating. Zerorez not only cleaned the area to nearly spotless, but after cleaning the stains have not returned and the carpets stay relatively unstained until my next cleaning. I have used Zerorez twice now and I am very satisfied with the results.
