How fast it was and how carpets look like new.
Green technology. It took a good 12 hours or more for our carpet to be completely dry, so I wouldn't recommend telling clients it would be much sooner than that. Service team was very friendly. Since our carpet really wasn't very dirty, it was difficult to ascertain how this process compares with previous company I have used, but I like the idea of not having soap residue.
The technition was on time. He spent a good amount of time cleaning and did not seem in a hurry. The carpets look great.

We were disappointed in how the cleaning of pet stains turned out. All the advertising gloated on how pet stains were removed completely. The carpet went from a dark yellow to a bright yellow. Did not clean out. When the pet stains occurred we did use over the counter cleaners when they occurred.

I appreciate the use of non harmful substances in the cleaning process. Joel was also very attentive to small details in the cleaning and careful to explain the procedure and he took an abundance of time, working hard to clean my carpets. Great job!

They did a beautiful job on my carpet! Tech showed up right on time and was in and out in an hour. It used to take me 2 days to shampoo my carpets myself with my hand shampooer - my husband has already said to get rid of it because we will never go back to doing it ourselves!
