I believe the products and services were as advertised, so that was a very good experience. The carpets look great and they dried within the timeframe that was promised. Also, the young man who provided the service, John, was very personable, explained what he was going to be doing, and proceeded to efficiently do the work. We were especially pleased with the removal of a very large area on a light carpet that had Dr. Pepper spilled on it. Quite honestly, I was not expecting that. We were VERY satisfied with the job that was done.

Steve answered all of our questions and the carpet cleaning was completely hassle free for us. The drying time was not long and there were no loud fans. There was also very little smell.
