Client Testimonials

John does excellent work. We have will ask for him next spring when we do th

The speed with which it was done, from the beginning through the drying process.

Good job

I read their ratings and heard from some nearby neighbors about how good they were. You do have to give a time block to schedule just like some of the reviews stated. The original guy who was to come and clean my basement carpet was running behind on schedule and called to discuss with me to make sure I'm still good. He wanted to make sure I was a happy customer so he sent John, who was on schedule and in my neighborhood to meet in the time frame block that I was scheduled. John was awesome and I would highly recommend them.

Always get great service from you guys. The sectional looks amazing!

I have used your service on two separate occasions. Both times, Jacob was the person who cleaned my carpets.

He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a nice job! Thanks Jacob!

Zerorez employees are very professional.
Other highly rated carpet cleaners leave your carpet sopping wet- taking literally days to dry. Zerorez's carpet cleaning is dry almost immediately.
Big difference!

Very happy with the results!!!

Easy to schedule, very friendly staff and wonderful results. I was impressed that they were able to get a paint stain out of the carpet!

Great job done. Very nice technician

I’ve used Zerorez before they always do a great job.

Your system worked wonders on our carpet, Justin was great, and a real pleasure, and my wife was very pleased with the job that was done, and trust me she has an eagle eye for a job well done. I would recommend Justin to anyone that needs your services. Thanks again, Jim Last name removed

Jacob did an excellent job

I heard about this company from Dana and Parks radio show and thought I'd give them a try. The nice young man, Micah called in the morning and was here promptly when he said he would be. I liked that he listened to my worries and explained the cleaning process. I was happy with how professional he was and my carpet looks great.

Jacob is a differentiator for your organization!

John was very professional as the previous techs have been. ZeroRez does a great job!

Justin was very polite and professional. Service was quick and unobtrusive. Love that I might get a 3rd use out of a carpet my animals are trying VERY hard to destroy and my couch no longer smells like kiddo potty training accidents!
