I like the technicians who have done the work at my home. I feel like John was truly a subject master expert. He told me different options for my stain but left it up to me to choose, which I really like. Twenty four hours later my area rug and stairs look brand new. He also showed me a sample of how my tile would look when cleaned as well as gave me a rough idea of cost which I had asked for. So now I am anxious to budget for that.

Carpets look GREAT, BTW

Mica was my service tech. He was a pleasure to have at my house. Mica was here exactly on time, proceeded to assess my carpet and stains, then went to work. When he finished about 1 1/2 hours later, the stains were gone and the carpet was clean. Boom. Thank you very much Mica and Zerorez.

Scheduling was easy with Joel I believe his name was, service tech John explained what he could do and what to expect when he was done. Everything was all up front and no surprises. John did the cleaning and did a excellent job.

Very professional and informative from the time we made appointment through the performing of the service the results were very good, all spots removed Jacob did a very good job and explained the process as he went along.
