My rep, Riley, was exceptionally professional and friendly. He explained the process well. Because the rug was wool, not all the stains could be removed; he explained why and also apologized that he couldn't make it perfect. Overall, it was a good experience. Oh, yes...and you gave me same-day service. That was totally unexpected and over the top great service!
