Great experience with Zerorez yesterday! We found their employees, Micah and Justin prompt, reliable, courteous, informative and dependable. The job they did on our carpet was very impressive. They removed the stains and explained the process they were using as they were cleaning it. Our 13 year old carpet looks "almost" like new again. We were very pleased with both the employees and the job. We will use them again when we need our carpet cleaned. Thank you Zerorez!

No residue! The technician was very knowledgeable and explained his entire process. He even showed where we has problem areas- extra wear and tear in carpet- and gave suggestions for maintenance. He was quick to complete his tasks and did a superb job! We did NOT have soggy carpets! What a plus! Everything is fresh smelling and clean!

I love that Zero-Rez is exactly that. No harsh soaps and chemicals going into my carpet. The team arrived on time, explained exactly what they would be doing, made sure we were in agreement on the services and price and went right to work. They finished quickly and provided good instruction for future care of my carpet.

I believe we may need your services again for more water extraction since there is more rain forecast over the next week or so. Even if no additional water extraction is needed, we will need to have the carpet cleaned and antimicrobial products applied to the carpet when it is all dry. The carpet cleaning process was very well explained to me from the Kansas City office
on the phone and again when they arrived
at my home. I am a person who likes a lot of detail. The two technicians who came to do the work were well presented at the door,
communicated well, answered any questions
that I had during the process. I was very impressed with the Zerorez process and the
finished results to our carpets. I will continue to recommend Zerorez. I have given them the

Service was polite, punctual, and hardworking. There was a misunderstanding about one of the rooms requested to be cleaned. Some areas took almost 24 hrs to dry even though I had ceiling fans and attic fan going. But aside from that, I was very pleased with the quality of work and the finished result. My carpets look soooo much better and done so without harsh chemicals. That's a win in my book!!
