The service reps are always friendly and honest. They also do fantastic work. Now the services are not the cheapest in the industry but you pay for what you get and I will continue to use Zerorez

Joel was very knowledgeable! I have a very old, cut-style of carpet. He explained that even after a cleaning service the light can refract differently as this type of carpet is worn down. He was able to make my carpet look a thousand times better and provided recommendations about cleaning frequency. 10/10 would use Zerorez again!

This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we plan to continue to use them. Our serviceman, Jacobs was quick, efficient, and pleasant. All of the rugs/carpet were cleaned to our satisfaction even restoring vivid colors to one of our area rugs.
The service was very good. Joel was very personable and did a great job in explaining the process before he started cleaning our carpet. He also made sure that I knew just how much the job would cost before he started. We will use the service again in the future.
The service technician, Joel, was professional and courteous. He explained everything as he was doing it. The carpet had many pet soiled spots and they are gone! And best of all, the carpets feel good, exactly "zerorez". Would use company/service again.

Jacob was the employee that cleaned our carpets. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. He took his time and I felt like he was thorough. The carpets felt and smelt clean. I appreciated the fact that while they were cleaned well they were not sopping wet. They completely dried within approx 4 hours. We had several spots and he was able to get them all out.
