The gentlemen that cleaned my carpet were very professional and did a great job. They kept me updated on their expected time of arrival. I had a 12-3 pm window and received a call at 11:30 advising me that due to a large job they would arrive closer to 1:30 pm. They called me again 20 minutes before their arrival at 1:25 pm. Our carpet looks clean! We can always tell when someone has done something to it - vacuum, shampoo - but it doesn't necessarily look clean. Jacob and Jared were polite, courteous professionals. I look forward to working with them & Zerorez KC again.
