Client Testimonials

Professional and made sure the job was done well.

I have you the highest rating on Yelp yesterday.

Sounds like a great product that will protect our fabric. The man who came was polite, very informative and professional.

John explained everything throughly prior to starting the process. He completed the cleaning in a timely manner and did an amazing job of making “old upholstery and carpet” looking it’s very best. Thanks so much!

My house feels so clean!

Professional employees and clean carpet care!

We were so thrilled with ZeroRez! The service was prompt, professional, incredibly thorough—and our carpets look incredible (even the room that had seen a serious run-in with our cat). Thank you!

Safe products, fast and thorough cleaning

Jake was awesome! Very courteous and professional! And he did a great job on our carpet. I have been using a different company for years but am switching to Zerorex from now on!

How clean my rugs cleaned up. Great service. And reasonable.

Micha wad so friendly and accommodating! He underpromised and over-delivered on my stains. He was honest and upfront about pricing too! No surpiat the end!!

Reasonably priced

Very professional in greeting customer & explaining cost before starting.
Carpet looks & smells clean & is never soaked like other companies.
Very reasonable prices.
Would use again & recommend to others.

I thought my chair was a gonner! After five years of oils and lotions on my hands the front of my chair arms were so soiled I figured they wouldn't come out at all. I am so happy with the results and now I won't have to buy a new chair!

Prompt service, easy to schedule. Left the carpet clean and fresh, without a chemical odor or feel. Will use Zerorez again.

Very professional, thorough andvgreat results!

Great job very friendly and considerate

Non-chemical & very service people

Professional and on time. Nice job.

John did a great job! He was very energetic and explained the product well. I Liked the fact that no chemicals were used. I also appreciated John calling me to give me a better idea of what time he expected to arrive within the given window of time.

Best cleaning job I've ever gotten.

I liked the ease of booking a cleaning, as well as the quick time of the actual cleaning. Thank you!

Your technician, Jacob, was very professional. He made sure I was satisfied before he left.

The before and after results! Carpet that I thought needed discarding was miraculously brought back to life. Upholstery was renewed.

I was kept informed to the arrival time of the agent, John, who was very nice and a hard worker. My carpets and upholstery were treated thoroughly and in a timely manner.

This is the fourth time I have used Zerorez. I am completely satisfied.

Sincerely,
First name removed G.

They called and were there when they said they would be and the carpet looks great!

It does a great job of cleaning. The very best was Trevor who did the job. He was fantastic because he went over everything before and after he did the job. You are lucky to have him

Great company and service tech. Will use again!
