Jacob my technician was great, he was very diligent and a hard worker.

Everything

We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning that was done. He told us about what they offered and what we are to expect. Very nice gentleman who came and did our carpets. Definitely will have them back in the future.

Everything

We are extremely impressed with Zerorez! they removed spots that we had given up hope on ever getting rid of, short of replacing the carpet. John (the tech who came to our home) is super nice, professional and great to work with. we will definitely be using Zerorez again!

carpet wasnt hard and crunchy like other carpet cleaning companies when the cleaning was done(because of residue of soap or other cleaning products)

carpet technician was fantastic. answered all our questions. was respectful of our home.

Highly recommended!

The carpets are really clean and look amazing. The fact that we don't have to deal with any chemical smell is a deal winner. We previously had our old carpet cleaned by other companies. There is a chemical smell that last for days to weeks. There is also the issue that you walk around on your carpets and they feel like I don't know how to describe it there's something on them. With Zerorez, once the carpets are dried they're perfectly fine. And they look great.

John was very professional and friendly and explained your product in detail. Would recommend over other carpet cleaning companies.

Efficient and quick service that didn’t disrupt our operations

Timely

Very professional and always on time, Zerorez makes it easy to get our apartments ready to rent with very little effort on our part. They are always friendly and answer any questions I might have.

John did a very nice job. I will certainly have him back

These guys are awesome! Not only do you get a great carpet cleaning, they have great service! They got me scheduled the next day, were super efficient, and mostly they're just nice guys! You should give them a try....you'll be happy you did!
