The cleaner scent is light and NOT overwhelming. The tech was thorough and efficient. He addressed all my questions before during and after the cleaning. The carpet looked like new when he finished. It took longer to dry than he thought (it was a rainy day though) but it looked nice when it finally did dry.

Our light beige-colored carpets look great after years of not having them professionally cleaned. Riley was exceptionally professional and patient with questions; he's a great representative for your company. He explained the process and ensured our expectations met with reality. He was also a superb trainer for Adam. It took a full three hours to do all the carpets because of their thoroughness, but they took no breaks and were all business when they had to talk with each other. They were careful around furniture and baseboards and they were adaptive; while they don't move furniture, they did put protection between the carpet and a couple of pieces of furniture that could not be moved to another area so that furniture's finish did not stain the wet carpet. While we could walk on the wet carpets with bare feet or white socks, the first carpets cleaned had begun to dry by the time they left and were thoroughly dry by the next morning and ready for the furniture to be moved back. Frankly, the finished job more than exceeded my expectations, especially in the high traffic areas. Finally, I appreciated getting an unexpected spray bottle of the Zerorex product to use on future spots. I will definitely use Zerorex again.

My experience with Zerorez was great! Justin was well within the allotted time frame and gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way. My carpet looks like new! I had a few pet stains that I was unsure about, but Justin was able to offer a deep cleaning treatment especially for pet stains and the results were amazing. Justin was very polite and explained the process in detail, even pointing out the amazing results as he was cleaning. The process was very fast and the drying time was exactly as expected. My only regret was that I didn't have Zerorez clean that carpet in the other bedroom! I will have to save that for the next visit!
