Zerorez was very friendly & professional from my initial phone call through the carpet cleaning and did a very good job. I had some questions and received some good advice. No surprises in the price and pretty affordable. I love that they do not have harmful chemicals and they’re cleaning is supposed to be more effective than regular steam cleaning since they use high alkaline water etc.

We were.very pleased with the quick response to our call. Riley was helpful, informative, and did a great job on our carpet and tile. The carpets looked like new, and all the stains were removed without any harsh chemical smell to affect my allergies. We would definitely use Zerorez again, and gladly recommend them to our friends.

I contacted ZeroRez using their online contact form. Special circumstances kept them from replying promptly, however, when I did receive a call back, they were friendly and very accommodating. I was given an appointment window of 3 hours. I received a call during that appointment window and the ZeroRez service employee (Jacob) was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He made sure he understood exactly what areas needed attention and made sure I was satisfied after the job was completed.

We had a great experience with Zerorez. Our dog had become incontinent and we did not realize that she was having an accident in a particular area until the smell became unbearable. The odor so far is gone, and we hope that it does not come back. However, if it does, Zerorez can take it one step further and clean under the carpet into the foam pad. Good to know. Easy to set up appointment, John was on time and very considerate to call and give us an estimated delivery time. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Our very filthy marble tile and grout are now spotless, and the carpet looks like new. Jacob was super friendly and professional as well. He explained everything before getting started and even threw in cleaning the bit of carpet in our daughter’s nursery at no charge! Will definitely have him back!
