John was able to identify the stains and let us know where the carpet was very worn down but did a great job at restoring the clean bright color of our carpet. My carpets look brand new! I was nervous it might take a long time to dry, and therefore small musty, but they were dry in 6-8 hours! He was very nice and professional.
