I must share with you about the terrible stain on my dinning room carpeting. I truly believed would never be resolved because I really didn't know what it was. It looked like a combination of various foods mixed with dirt. Of course, nobody did it therefore it could not be identified. John got it out said it really wasn't that hard and the carpet looked like new. Also, he gave us a bottle of your formula for touch ups and a micro cloth. The service was FANTASTIC! Our carpets are super old and have A LOT of wear and tear! The cleaning that our guy did was AMAZING! I am comfortable to let our little guy roll around and play on our carpets now that the carpets have been cleaned and sanitized so well! Definitely would recommend to all of my friends and family! We just moved into our house and the carpets were so dirty. Without knowing how old the carpet or the stains were, I had low expectations for all the stains to be fully removed. I was just hoping to clean it up as much as possible and deal with the results until we can get new carpet. I was so pleasantly surprised by the results! John was able to get 99% of the stains removed and the carpets look way better than I could have expected. A couple of quarter-sized stains (of unknown origin) remain, but are barely noticeable unless you are looking for them. Great job and I would definitely recommend you guys!
