Zerorez did a great job on my carpeting. - 7 areas and stairs. They used a hot water extraction system, which was recommended by the carpet manufacturer. Riley was on time and very polite and professional. He explained the entire process including options for protector. He took his time to do a thorough job - left all areas refreshed and with new life. Carpets also dried very quickly. The price was very competitive. I will recommend Zerorez to family and friends!

I got an appointment the same day I called. This was a big deal to me because I had started moving in to my rental and was not happy with the condition of the carpets.
My technician was kind, thoughtful and had the whole place smelling better in 45 minutes for a great price.
