I called on Halloween for a last minute carpet cleaning - my lease ended at midnight THAT NIGHT and all the other carpet companies I’d contacted had failed in even setting up service. This was my last hope and not only did I somehow get squeezed into a busy schedule, the cost was less than I could’ve hoped for, and it was done quickly - no more than 30 minutes from initial entry to out the door! I was floored (hehe, puns) with this carpet cleaning service and will definitely call you guys if I have the unfortunate happen again (not just having floor issues, but even just having a place with carpets...not my favorite thing to maintain). Riley did a great job! The appointment was for 10 AM and that is when he arrived. He called ahead as promised when I made the appointment. He explained what he was going to do and did a walk-around before starting. The carpets look great!! Very pleased with the service. Thanks!
