I got an email with a promo, decided I should do it this week, booked online, confirmed by email, and then phone notification of time frame. Jacob called to let me know when he would arrive. It was so easy. Jacob was clean, efficient, and professional. My 15 year old carpet looks new. My spots are gone and it was 1.5 hours and finished. A great service, price, and finished product. I used them before and I will use them again.....recommend strongly. Thanks Jacob.

First of all the carpets look and smell like brand new!!! I did not think that was possible. We had terrible pet odors from our poor old dog that we had to put down a while back. But they fixed all that! And the workers were very friendly and professional! And even gave me a nice gift! I will definitely use them again.
