The staff is nice and courteous
We love coming to this theater, it’s so cozy and fun! The only feedback I have is the ladies bathroom was a little smellly.
We like the use of the self service kiosk. Attendant is readily available if needed. We like the early showings, the ability to purchase tickets for upcoming movies, and attend pre-showings. The game room and bowling lanes are a plus. The senior discounts greatly help. We really appreciate that 💯 of the profits are invested into our community. The reclining seats are very comfortable, the isles are very spacious, and we really like the food trays and beverage holder. The movie picture and sound make our experience enjoyable.

Love the remodeling with a bowling alley and game area. Good food. You should look at adding food ordering to the app so you can order and schedule a time when you want it ready before you get to the theater. Just a thought. Really like this theater, gives a great viewing experience.

Santikos New Braunfels is a comfortable place to see a movie. It is well run by a professional group of people who put customer service first. I recommend seeing movies here, anytime.

I usually take more than 5 people including myself to Santikos Movies family night $5 Tuesday. The discounted rate specials really help. Theaters are clean, food is great, game room can be fun. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I will recommend friends and family to visit this location.
