Disliked. The upcharge for surround sound.
Not worth the money.
The Customer service and the seats in the Grand are the best in El Paso. My girlfriend and I do the movies a lot. We have been to all the different theatres in El Paso. We always choose the Grand first if the movie we want to see is showing. The associates are always professional and courteous to us. The popcorn is always fresh (I always get the BIG container). If you want a genuine theatre experience, go to the Grand. It is well worth the money.

The theater is pretty good but could use some paper towels in the bathroom the dryer dont work very well. The staff is pretty good and it always clean and well stocked.

The theaters and the lobby are very clean. More importantly, the bathroom(men’s) is always clean and tidy!! Employees are always nice. Movie and sound quality are top tier and the seating is plush. The Tuesday discount deal is the cherry on top! It’s funny, to me, that I’m writing a review for a movie theater of all businesses. What I’ve realized though, is that there’s NOT ONE NEGATIVE thing I can think of. I can’t even complain about the concession prices because I know the fact that they are the theater’s only source of income.
I like the variety Santikos offers. The people are courteous. The film choices are good.

I enjoy the Mon & Tues deals u offer. The theater is always clean and staff are friendly. I enjoy the concessions menu and newly added adult beverage options! Purchasing my tickets through the app is really convenient. Honestly our family enjoys going to the movies here! My only complaint would be that I really wish tap-to-pay would be an option to pay.
The prices are good, the screens are large, comfortable reclining seating and friendly staff. It's a nice traditional theater without trying to be overly exotic in it's design.
Our Event Coordinator is Kyea Benavidez... she has been absolutely amazing to work with and has significantly contributed to our success running special events at multiple Santikos locations. She is a true professional... she works side-by-side making sure our event details, coordination, timing, everything... is done the way we want in order to maximize our guests' experience and improve our business results with each event. We only want to work with her. She is a huge asset to our special movie event success with Santikos.
