Tremendous AV experience
Everything was pleasant except for having to buy tickets only at the kiosk ...it felt very impersonal The fact that there was something called "Final cut" that I had to ask someone at the bar is another thing that I felt was missing from having a vendor to buy from.
The prices, the loyalty, and the vibe the friendly workers give it.

I always enjoy the experienc in Santikos. One thing I would recommend it to address the seats in the theaters . I was in theater 12 at palladium and the seats are peeling so badly it is very uninviting to sit in. Feels almost dirty.

Fast service and clean facilities…. I enjoy this theatre so much I try and go as often as I possibly can. I have never had a problem here and the staff is very friendly.
