Even though we live across town, the Palladium is the only theater we go to. We like the VIP seating, being able to make reservations online & having access to the bar or bar service at our seats.

I love this place! Ethan, the greeter checking for tickets was friendly, welcoming and awesome. He assisted me in printing out my movie tickets. Apparently, the receipts got stuff. He was great! Please commend him!

The chairs need to be replaced. They are old and some are torn.

Clean and non intrusive like Embassy. We stopped going ober there because they would look in my bag and search our pockets.

The space is always tidy and the lines are not long at concession stands. The seats are comfy and the theater is always clean. I definitely recommend this theater.

Everything, I love to go to the movies and just relax. The staff are all courteous and helpful. It's such a quick and easy check in. The offer delivery to your seat. Ever since they did the renovations it's been such an amazing experience.
