It’s a great place
We had a fabulous experience with Santikos! We took 24 special needs students to see "Hoppers" and the whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. We were treated with kindness by all the staff and they were very efficient in their handling of our group. They made us feel so welcome and took great care of us!
comfortable seats and area for snacks. Theater was clean and trash bins were available at the end. (They may need a bigger opening to deal with all the big popcorn tubs).
Popcorn was too salty, other than that we really enjoyed our visit.

The volume is very loud and people need to keep their nasty bare feet off of the chairs. Otherwise, it's a great theater. It's improved over the last few years.

Great price point and movie availability. Clean theatre, seats, and restrooms. And concessions reasonably priced, though would like a little more variety. And frozen alcoholic drink was underwhelming- it didn’t seem like there was any alcohol in it.
I liked being able to cancel the tickets and get a refund after I became ill and had to cancel my girls night out.

The amazing communication and professionalism that I received from Ms. Melissa Darnell.I had an unfortunate experience recently with the sound quality of a movie. I completed the survey and Ms. Darnell responded almost immediately. She apologized and showed empathy and assured me that the issues would be resolved.
Very seldom have I received such amazing customer service from any company. While I initially told my self that I would not be returning to this specific location, Ms. Darnell changed my mind by showing what true professionalism and customer service look like in 2026. Managers of her caliber should be the standard by which others are measured.

The facility was clean and lines for snacks moved quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful. When we arrived they had everything organized and all of our popcorn, drinks, and snacks precounted and ready to go. I also appreciate how well they communicated with us during the planning period. Our son and his friends had a great time at his birthday party!
