Staff is great, movies are good, seats are awesome. I frequent Ebassy so I'm speaking about that location. Also, i like how I can get my own popcorn and drinks bc i wont miss half the movie waiting in line to get a refill.
It was awesome and food was great
The staff members at the ticket purchasing station and at concessions were exceptionally friendly and conversational. They made the transactions feel less like transactions and more like interactions among friends or peers.
Plus, the theater was clean and comfortable. So, it was a very relaxing experience to sit and enjoy the movie.

I like the recliners at Embassy better than Drafthouse. The bar at Embassy is also nice with a great bartender.

The Embassy location has been my family’s preferred Santikos theater for years. The staff is always attentive, the theater is always clean and sound and picture quality is always in point.
Comfy recliners. Going during the day & beating the crowds.

We always choose Santikos over any other theater and go in about once a month at least… this time was frustrating when purchasing our tickets though. The app isn’t showing the cibolo location and I even deleted the app and downloaded again. Also, I had to go in to get our tickets because the website wouldn’t take our payment and kept giving me issues picking our seats. Overall, it was a good experience there but the online ticketing was a mess which isn’t common so I’m not sure what the issue was yesterday.

Overall great experience from the concessions to the seating.
The people who work at the theater are always welcoming and helpful. These days customer service has really gone downhill across the board. It is refreshing to go somewhere where the employees want to engage with their customers.
