This last visit had lukewarm popcorn & the Coke freeze had very little flavor. This was the first time I ever had an issue at Santikos. The theater & restrooms are always clean. I like that they offer military day & reduced prices on Tue. The new family day is great & free movies are awesome however zi wish they would keep the handicap seats reserved for those with disabilities. This visit there was a little issue with a senior discount. The lady at the counter was extremely nice, kept me informed of what they were doing, & thanked me for my patience. I enjoy going alone or with my family and we will continue to frequent this fantastic place!

IMAX EXPERIENCE IS HARD TO BEAT ITS AMAZING AND WONDERFUL
HOWEVER, I HAD TO CALL GUEST SERVICES AS WE MISSED THE ENTIRE VISUALS ON THE UPCOMING MOVIES SOUND WAS THERE...WE WERE A HANDFUL IN THE AUDIENCE
THANKFULLY THE VISUAL VIDEO WAS THERE FOR THE ENTIRE FILM.

Seats are a personal choice. I enjoy watching a movie in comfort. Santikos ensures a viewer can enjoy one's popcorn and movie.

The theater (Embassy) is nice. I love the chandeliers, the reclining seats, and the self-serve popcorn and drinks. I think the food has been improving, too. Some of the newer offerings like California burger are really good, although the fries would benefit from 2-3 more minutes of cook time. I wish there were more options on the cheaper side of the menu, for when I just want a snack instead of a full meal. A few healthy options would also be great. One of the drink machines at this location has been offline for several weeks, which seems like too long. But overall, this is my favorite theater in town.

We had bought 2 tickets advance at the Theater then we went to eat. Mother got very sick so I went back and they refunded me.

I like that you offer $5 days which makes going to the movies affordable for a family. Also, the theatre is always clean and smells fresh. I don't like the popcorn bins because the popcorn isn't hot.
