I go to santikos weekly. It is what I do on Tuesdays. I like the atmosphere. I like everything about it. I came from Lockhart Texas a couple of months ago and they had recently closed our neighborhood theater. So I was thrilled to find santikos. It gives seniors something to do and look forward to.
So love going here always clean, friendly staff. Love the remodel, but unfortunately yesterday had a bad experience. We got 4 tickets for kingdom of the apes at 7pm bought them Monday. We got there about 7:10 we usually show up a little late to skip previews and nothing was playing? blank screen. There were a Couple of family's sitting as well went to front to ask what was going on cause it was already 7:13 at this point nothing was playing on screen come to find out the air conditioner was not working in that theater 11 so they moved show to theater 9. Had to go back to front exchange tickets sat very close 2nd row, and movie had just started by the time we sat probably missed first 5 mins. But was a big inconvenience. We still enjoyed the movie, but a hassle thought maybe they would have compensated, but no. Never asked either. So there's my experience I would still recommend this place. And will be back.

Santikos has the best theaters, by far, of any in San Antonio. Their concession area, the theater their restrooms are all very clean and properly attended, Santikos is our first choice anytime we go to a movie. We have never been disappointed, and we find the staff very friendly and helpful.
Even better, my family appreciates the fact that part of your profit goes to support so many worthwhile activities in San Antonio, and area. We know that we are helping our community by pchoosing one of your theaters.

My family and I have always enjoyed going to Santikos theaters. Ever since the Santikos theater in Cibolo opened, we tried to go more often now. Love that they are things for us to do besides watch a movie. We can go bowling have lunch or dinner And have a few drinks. The seats are very comfortable and we love that we can recline. Food options are OK for a theater. Love the variety of snacks and drinks.
Buying tickets and getting snacks at the sa.e time is Awesome, also staff were very nice.

People are always very friendly. They let us know if there is something we can do to get a
better deal on the refreshments. The economy has been doing very badly. So everything
we can do to save money helps. Thank you all.

I had a minor inconvenience with a gift card but Adam Moya went out of his way to offset that inconvenience.
Very good overall experience every time I go. Nice staff, good popcorn, clean theaters, clean restrooms, no kids running wild. No complaints.
The manager was very pleasant and kind. The seats and the environment are very comfortable and clean.
Enjoyed the comfort, sound, and food. My kids enjoyed reclining on the seats and having unlimited drinks to choose from.
Theatre is clean, quiet, and the staff is very friendly. The popcorn is fresh and drinks are ice cold and not watered down. I highly recommend this theatre above all others

Love the popcorn/drink deals on MILITARY MONDAYS, as well as the $5 ticket charge on Mondays/Tuesdays! Nice perk for those of us who have served our country and just another reason why I choose SANTIKOS over any other theater chain!!

Fun and exciting
The sound, the comfort and the huge screen! It’s very rare we do IMAX because of the cost and I really wish the movie had been a better movie but still it was a very nice experience.
The theater was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the sound was amazing!
