We love and support Santikos. BUT you have a big problem. Please consider and find a way to reduce the ticket price when they are bought online. Everyone understands and accepts the 3% surcharges CC companies require, but to add such huge charges to the total when purchased online is egregious.
Perhaps there is some legacy thinking that it is somehow a big convenience but that is antiquated thinking in the current competitive environment for entertainment dollars.
Because of the ability to reserve a seat online, it makes it a gamble to wait and purchase in person because you may not find be able to find seats together. It therefore, it is NOT just a convenience and therefore a necessary and justifiable surcharge, it is almost compulsory that you purchase tickets in advance.
We believe in the mission and have supported Santikos for years. I urge you to figure out an alternative system. The stakes are too high to ignore.
Staff is great and place is clean
I love knowing that I am supporting charities in my local community when I go to Santikos, and I enjoy how Santikos works hard to provide the best movie going experience possible for patrons.
It is just nice. The people are friendly, the food offered is good, and the seating is roomy, comfortable, that reclines . I'm 6'2 and I space.

Our movie experiences are always great at Casa Blanca.
I like the ease of purchasing tickets online, via the Santiko App or at a kiosk inside the theater. Most of all, I like the layout of the theater and the many amenities like a broad variety of foods, the arcade, bowling alley, and drink bar.
We LOVE santikos! It’s our theater of choice! The staff is so friendly and we love that we can get drinks at the bar before the movie! 10/10 always recommend!
I love the recliners, $5 movies, $5 large popcorn and sodas. I love the fact that I can go get free refills on popcorn and soda throughtout my movie. The staff are pleasant. I also love that Santikos gives so much money back to the local community! I always watch my movies at Santikos
The theatre has a premium feel. Food and beverage choices are good too.

First time back since it closed dor renovations. We are very happy with how it came out. Nice clean restrooms,beautiful theaters,and very nice game rooms. Also wanted to note that all the personal crew were very helpful and very nice. Wonderful custimer service. Also want to give a big thanks to the manger in charge he was very helpful with a great attitude. Hopefully this continues for many years to come. GREAT JOB!!!!
