its been decent i do not like the no cash policy its rather irritating wanting to keep track of me that way, you already have the rewards card watching me
i do like the seats and the popcorn dispenser the popcorn always seems to be fresh and consistent...unlike other theaters that have similar set up and sucks or the one at live oak that has stale old tasting popcorn

I can't sing the praises for the kitchen staff enough--my husband and I went to Silverado just for the boneless wings and mozzarella sticks. So good!!! How do you guys get the chicken so tender and delicious?? We hung out at the arcade too--great games, lots of fun. We love the experience at Santikos, and enjoy hanging out even if we don't go to see a movie. :)

I just moved from San Antonio where I worked as a assistant kitchen manager and lead cook for Santikos for the past 4 years. I spent my time hoping between Silverado, Casa Blsnca, and even the famous Palladium location, and I was lucky enough to be able to call these places my home for so long. But now I've moved over here for a different opportunity, one that makes me happy and yet has brought me so far away from places familiar. Having something as familiar as a Santikos theater nearby is very special to me. There was something comforting about seeing employees wearing the same shirts i still have in my closet, seeing Lexi on the big screen, and seeing those logos everywhere that felt like a nice blanket, like no matter where I go, there may always be some kind of homely consistency near me. And that's really wonderful, you know? So thank you for that. Incredibly specific answer, and super long, but I mean it.

I like being able to use my rewards for free concession items such as popcorn and drinks. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They work hard and deserve a raise.
I enjoy the first responders discount…but it’s jumped from $5 at the end of 2025 to now $6.50!

Friendly staff (especially the guy that is always at the front to help with tickets and point you in the right direction. Seating was nice and theater was clean. Volume was appropriately loud for the movie we were there to see (I've been in there before where it was way too quiet and felt more like watching on tv at home).
Great as usual. Lost a point because m Dr Pepper was a little flat
We absolutely love the weekly specials on Monday and Tuesday! It makes going to the movies more affordable! We also love the popcorn and drink selection… finally, my parents are handicapped and we love that there are smaller theaters that they can enjoy the higher seats without stairs. Thanks Santikos!
