Incredibly smooth experience compared to last year! The new manager or whoever was in charge that day was a complete 180 from past trips! The drinks were ready ahead of time, we just got the kids seated and they rolled everything in to us on a cart! It was SEAMLESS and we will be back again! Thank you! Marissa Trinidad was also exceptional with the booking process (as always) and even followed up with me by phone to get the drink orders ahead of time when I forgot to email them.

This theater is close to home, has good food and most of the theaters are still in good shape. Unfortunately, you need to fumigate the theaters for those moths, they are in all the theaters and are flying around everywhere. I have to keep a napkin over my drink and snacks to keep them away.
I don't get why you can't use cash anymore and now you have to get your own popcorn. It lost its spark going to the movies. It's just not the same. But the movies itself inside the theater is good and comfortable.

I absolutely love the staff. They are amazingly friendly and welcoming to your theater. I go there at least once maybe twice a week and it’s always the same. Everyone is just so friendly in your theater is always so clean.
Everything was amazing. This was my first time back to a theater in over 10 years. from being able to select my seat, the environment, the prices of your snacks and the ease of us going in. Actual theater was clean and very comfortable. Definitely going back to this specific one in Cibilo.
