The last visit was good as usual but what I want to comment on is the guy that has been with the Mooresville AmStar for several years.He knows me and jokes with me about me liking fresh, hot popcorn like when were there to see a different movie a couple of weeks ago. Though the theater has gone to self serve, he offered to make me some fresh popcorn, just like always! Now, that is customer service! AmStar is by far my favorite theater. Now, bring back The Greatest Showman this Christmas and I will bring all my friends!
We love your theater, my daughter and I go to the movies at least twice a month on Thursdays. Love it !
Clean surroundings and very helpful employees
The staff is always helpful and courteous. The theater is always clean. The bathrooms are always clean. Really enjoy the rewards program.. Also, the location is very convenient.
All of us loved the comfy seats. It's a friendly theater! And of course your popcorn is a nice bonus too!!

Tuesday low price specials were great! Service was also very good.
I was able to save money on the ticket/popcorn and soda on Tuesday. As always enjoyed comfy seating and free refills and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Comfort , people, staff cleanliness
Love the popcorn, as well affordable tickets and refreshments on Mondays (veterans) and Tuesdays.
It was quiet but at least the workers were very inviting and even offered to take our pictures. The young lady at the snack counter was great as well. I also witnessed the workers take action - a family lost their young family member and they quickly went into action by standing at the doors and not allowing anyone in or out until the person was found. She was found and it was a huge relief. They acted very quickly and it made us feel very safe. Kudos to them!
It is a great movie experience with comfortable seats, good food and drinks available and reasonable ticket prices.
