Clean facility, friendly associates.
The theater was clean and the workers were nice. I wish the theater would bring back $5 Tuesdays, though. I am not police, fire, EMT worker so I do not get to take advantage of their discount on Mondays. I know a number of people that would go on Tuesdays because of the discounted tickets.
I called the help center to update my sign on access. The woman was very polite and helpful. I got my account functional again. So now I can get points when I purchase tickets. But dang those surcharge fees are so expensive now.
The theater was awesome. The snack place is awesome too. My granddaughter was very pleased with her order of buffalo boneless wings. She enjoyed the method of obtaining them when I received the text on my phone they were ready. The sound and picture quality of the movie was delightful. The Palladium is my go to theater for our movie going experience. We only go to other theaters if we cannot get tickets at the Palladium for a variety of reasons.

Military and Veteran discount. Recliner seats and concession stand.
From the people at the popcorn counter to the employees at the beverage/butter counter to the people taking tickets to the folks that came in to clean the theater they were all personable and friendly.
the manager fixed our recliner seat and made sure it was fixed.

Reclining seats that are arranged so everyone can see without interference. The theater was way too hot. Waste of energy.
This is my FAVORITE movie theater. Staff is friendly and the managers are better. The bathrooms, lobby, and auditoriums are clean. Love bringing my daughter and friends here :)
