Ease of getting tickets online, choosing our seats, comfort of theater seating, friendliness of employees, location was nearby, bathrooms were clean, and availability of movies we were interested in seeing.

I go to the grand conroe every Monday. They are always nice and the theater is clean. I bring my family for military appreciation Mondays. It has become a tradition. We love it.

I’ve never had a negative experience at Santico’s, but as a matter of fact, I went there on Monday to see Captain America and I left my credit card and rewards card in the men’s restroom on Monday and some patron and or employee found it and took it to lost and found, which I was exceptionally relieved. There’s still good people on this earth. God bless him.

What we love the most is the seats. Super comfortable and relaxing. But everything is great from start to finish. Staff is super friendly and everything is always clean. We love going there.

Love the theater and your mission of giving back. I appreciate the $5 military Mondays, as it helps my dollars go further. All of the folks who work at the Embassy location are friendly and helpful. Love the self-serve popcorn and beverages too.

It was great! However can you bring back the plastic cups for water? The cones get soggy and they don’t sit in the cup holders at all. We spill almost every time.
