I bought a ticket to a movie As soon as the tickets were on sale. About 10 days Before The movie was to show, I had a death in the family and had to go out of state. Santikos refunded the money.
Fast and appropriate response time. I felt like the issue was handled swiftly and things were made beyond right.
Everything, the food, bar tenders were great and the place was clean. Game room too pricey. One game cost my granddaughter $15!!! No more games here.
Theatre was clean and staff were superior. Attentive and Knowledgeable. Kind and efficient their jobs. Went to see Venom. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The only movie theater I go to, staff is always so friendly, drinks always taste good the only thing it seems is some theaters seats are a little worn, but still my favorite theater.
Clean even though I saw many people leaving their trash lay around at the end of the movie. Seats are very comfortalbe.

Overall experience is good. I am a senior with walking disability and I find that your seating area is able to accommodate me. Your employees are very welcoming. Maybe I would suggest that you could have someone help in bring snacks for elderly and those with disabilities if needed to there seats. It is hard to hold on to ramp for walking in theater and holding snacks. I enjoy going to the movies and I would suggest for everyone to go and enjoy yourself!

Love the makeover! Staff is always nice, food is good, seats are comfortable, and theaters are always clean
What we like is the seats, popcorn and coke. What I have noticed in the last year is that the bathrooms are not kept clean like they use to be. When I said something to the manager she said it was just the chemicals that they used that made it "look" dirty. It is obvious that they aren't cleaning it like they should.

We enjoy going here at Northwest because of its fare prices and being close to home. Your staff is very friendly.

Love the Military Mondays! As an army veteran myself, it's great that Santikos promotes this especially in a military city like San Antonio! I love taking advantage of the $5 tickets, large soda, and popcorn. It makes taking my teenage son to catch the latest flick not as arm bending and very enjoyable! The gentleman who waited on us was very friendly and explained why we had to pay extra
for our tickets. Explained if we went on monday or tuesday we could get a better discount
