Thank you for the response. I did the survey as these were a few items I had noticed during my visit. As a consumer, we shop for our items, scan our items to pay for our items. This hands of policy that most companies have adopted, I am not a fan of. If I am directed to use the kiosk to purchase my ticket at the front, please allow a spot to enter our loyalty number and to keep our data more private from the privy of others around me.
Everything was perfect my kids an I came to see the movie Hopper. They had a great time I had popcorn and slushys . Everyone at the Alabaster, Alabama location was very nice.
There’s always short lines at the concessions and our family likes it’s close to home. All the staff is always friendly too.

Great costumer service on every visit. Movie theater is kids friendly and snacks are just on point.
This theater is one of my favorites to take my toddler. It’s always clean and the staff is always friendly. I know that the layout of the theaters are not as steep because it used to be a Alamo Drafthouse but I prefer it this way because there are no bad seats no matter where you sit. We recently went to go watch Hoppers and the only negative thing I would have to say is that it seemed way louder then normal but other then that, great experience like always.

Great movie!! Clean and concession workers were very polite. Popcorn fresh and staff other than ticket taker. No one was there!!

Tickets were easy to purchase online and show to attendant. Theatre was busy for a weekday, but staff quickly got the rush through concessions. Theatre and facilities were clean.

I always like going to the Amstar in Mooresville. It’s a safe environment and clean. There’s always something new in the lobby making the place look modern. Safe when you’re enjoying a movie by yourself or with young kids.
