The manager was fantastic, the ticket check guy eas awesome and their bartenders are always so nice. The theaters and concessions are always clean and comfortable. We love our Santikos!!

The theater was empty when we arrived so i expected our reserved seats to be cleaned. The trays on our row were all dirty as if someone literally ate their food off of the tray. Be better and make sure the “young” kids employed actually do their job and clean these things.

The comfort typically found at Santikos theaters, and the rewards for patronage are an appreciated response. The dangerous lure of the smell of popcorn is as welcome as coming home to the smell of your favorite pie baking.

Nice clean theater. I just wish you had the traditional nachos instead of that pre-bagged nachos. I miss the nice hot nachos you use to serve.
