There was a miscommunication and a manager came over to answer our questions and took care of us immediately. I'm very grateful for their prompt attention so we could get our snacks and be able to make our movie in time

My family and I love the Santikos Grand in Hattiesburg, MS. The staff is friendly and the concessions are good. Also, the restrooms are always in clean, working order.
